Sahibzadi Wasimah Umer holds the position of Managing Director (MD) for the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), a role she actively undertakes as of late 2025, focusing on digitalizing procurement and increasing transparency.

Director (Admin & Finance)

Mr. Abdul Hafeez, Director Administration and Finance, PPRA has 15 years of experience serving various top government departments.

Bilal Ahmad
Senior Accounts Officer

Mr. Bilal Ahmed, Holds an MBA (Finance) degree and possesses extensive professional experience in both the private and public sectors. He has 7 years of experience in the private sector (Textile, Sugar, Cement Industry) as well as 12 years in PPRA as Accounts Officer. Currently performing as Senior Accounts Officer

Senior Law Officer

Mr. Abdus Salam holds a B.A., LL.B degree from Punjab University and has five years of professional experience as an advocate. He has been serving as Senior Law Officer at the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority since August 2015.

Web Developer / Data Administrator

Holds an M.phil in Computer Science degree. She has 13 years of experience in PPRA as Web Developer / Data Administrator including 5 years experience as Project Coordinator / IT Administrator, e-procurement as additional duty.

Supports legal oversight by drafting, reviewing, and vetting procurement-related documents. Assists in handling legal cases, complaints, and regulatory compliance matters.

Accounts Officer

Tender uploading fee must be deposited in the bank before uploading the tender on the website.

What is difference among Gallop Tender Notice, Short Tender Notice & Tender Notice?

There is no provision of Gallop Tender Notice and Short Tender Notice in PPRA Rules 2014.

What does Bid means?

Bid means a Tender, an offer, in response to an invitation, by a person, consultant, firm, company or an organization expressing his or its willingness to undertake a specified task at prices.

When the Bid must be opened?

The date of opening of bids and the last date for the submission of bids shall be the same. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, who may choose to be present, at the time specified in the bidding documents. The bids shall be opened atleast thirty minutes after the deadline for submission of bids.
